Planning on building a club with stab tip as I liked that type of weapon. I have found a graphite core and my question is what is the best way to get started? I can't imagine wrapping the foam tightly enough around such a small core. Should I just DAP the hell out of it or box it and wrap around that? Thanks,

ok, one key to building ANY weapon, is NEVER "dap the hell out of it" you want a thin even layer, lat it sit till it get tacky (usually a MINIMUM of 15 minutes) then put the pieces together. If you are looking to do clubs like I've done, yes, you will need to wrap it tightly around the small core. It takes a little patience, and thinking ahead, but it can be done. I usually end up using a couple strips of cloth tape on the first two layers to help it hold together. The key is getting it tight, and keeping it tight. Good luck! Call me if you have any questions! (P.S. Sand the core just a little bit before you put on the first layer, it will help it stick.

I may have been embellishing a slight bit in the first post. I'll try the wrapping method and see how it goes. Thanks! Bremen
